What's the Albion Gold Medallion doing in on my Foundation Formula™?

Does FF really replace 30 to 40 supplements?

Yes. Two scoops of FF contain the equivalent of 34 (500 mg) capsules. More importantly, we offer the 62 ingredients in the right forms, such as Albion patented chelated minerals, and therapeutic amounts. You save time and money by investing in a powder which can give you more for your health and your money!

Can I take FF as a meal substitute, weight gain or weight loss product?

FF is designed as a total foundational multi-vitamin and mineral nutrition. With a little ingenuity, you could mix FF with yogurt for breakfast or dinner if you are eating light or on the run. A healthy shake beats skipping a meal entirely. Given its complete nutrition formula, FF could be used as a meal substitute occasionally if you are trying to lose weight. FF does not facilitate weight gain.

If I'm taking FF, do I still need Fibro-Care™?

Yes. They perform two separate nutritional functions. FF is a multi vitamin-mineral complex. Although FF contains magnesium and malic acid, therapeutically you need 600-800 mg of magnesium a day to treat FMS/CFS. FF contains 300 mg of magnesium in 2 scoops. Fibro-Care™ is a magnesium and malic supplement which has 300 mg of magnesium in 4 tablets. Taking both FF and Fibro-Care™ insures you will meet your magnesium requirements. Malic acid helps both in the energy requirements of FMS/CFS as well as being a pain reducer.

Can I take FF if I don't have FMS or CFS?

Absolutely. As a daily multiple FF is just as important for working people, teenagers who may not eat "right" or anyone else whose current energy needs exceeds their physical capabilities. Check with your health care professional if you wish to give FF to children under age 12.
