Mixing Instructions: Cut the fruit fresh to preserve the vitamin C in this power blend. The bromelain in the pineapple boosts immunity and fights inflammation. Add all fruit ingredients and blend until smooth. Add Foundation Formula and flaxseed oil (the lignans are the flax plant fibers) and reblend. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! (*Cut, peel and freeze banana up to one week ahead of time. The more banana used, the thicker the shake.)
