Mixing Instructions: Cut the fruit fresh to preserve the vitamin C in this power blend. The bromelain in the pineapple boosts immunity and fights inflammation. Add all fruit ingredients and blend until smooth. Add Foundation Formula™ and flaxseed oil (the lignans are the flax plant fibers) and reblend. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! (*Cut, peel and freeze banana up to one week ahead of time. The more banana used, the thicker the shake.)
