Q: I would like to know the milligrams of each ingrediant . That is how I shop and find what works for me. Please and thank you

A: Hi Karen,
It is good to check individual ingredients so that you don't overdo amounts. In this product, however, the blend of mushrooms is proprietary and equivalent to 200 mg. Although individual amounts for each are not given, it is a GMP label requirement that they are listed in order of larger amounts to smaller. For example, in this case, Turkey Tails is listed first, followed by Sun Mushroom and so forth.

The Astragalus Root Extract is 200 mg of minimum 70% Polysaccharides. You will find the Supplement Facts under the tab of the same name on the product page online.

Q: Daves mushroom supplement. Are the ingredients whole fruit bodies or mycelium? and why are you not distinguishing this on your label?

A: Dawn, thanks for your question. I apologize for the late answer as usually we get a notification of a product question and somehow yours did not get through to us. Our label does indicate in the Supplement Facts Box that the product consists of an organic mushroom blend of “Optimal Mycelial BioMass”. The BioMass has both mycelium and young fruiting bodies, each with unique health benefits. The percent of each may vary some from batch, to batch and therefore not isolated as such on the label. Of note, we hear good reports, especially during COVID, of customers who were happy with the immune support the Blend provided.
