Are you wrapping up the gifts of 2021? 
As we reflect on this season of giving, we are grateful for what we have. The festive baubles on the tree cheer us. The warm, familiar fragrance of balsam and gingerbread cookies. Strings of lights that twinkle even in the darkness. The small gatherings of family and friends.
Joyful despite anything going on around us. The continued year of COVID, the isolation and uncertainty that lingers, For we know that the true meaning of the season is hope.
John F. Kennedy said, "Every area of trouble gives out a ray of hope; and the one unchangeable certainty is that nothing is certain or unchangeable.”
And so we hope. We celebrate. We cherish the moments and make new memories.
