Do the math.
Statistically, if the more than half of Americans taking supplements took only one dose a day, that's 170 million doses daily. Since most supplement takers consume more than one (and more than one kind of supplement) surely any adverse effects would be known, given the large population numbers.
Thankfully, news on the benefits of supplementing does get national attention. If you're looking for positive posts, check out TyH's Health Library and Healthy News section specifically. Remember to supplement wisely. Share your supplement taking with your health care professional, especially if you are on prescription medications.
