EYE HEALTH

You can support your eye health on several levels. First with a great multi-vitamin like Multi-Gold™ and essential fatty acids (fish or flaxseed oil). Studies show oxidative damage from UV rays, stress, environmental factors and every day life can adversely affect eye health. Make sure to boost antioxidant defense with vitamins C, alpha lipoic acid and CoQ10. Lutein is known as the bioflavonoid specific to the retina and often found in eye formulas (studies show 3-10mg supportive). Finally, vitamin A is another eye specific nutrient (check with your healthcare professional if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy before taking). And always protect your eyes from UV rays with appropriate sunglasses!
