"In 1991, I got Lyme Disease, which went undiagnosed for almost a decade. As a result, I am one of those “chronic folks” that the medical profession disdains. Due to Lyme Disease, I have Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and other issues, despite two separates, and very lengthy, rounds of antibiotic treatment. "I have been taking 4 to 6 Fibro-Care™ daily for at least 2 years – probably longer. I don't remember when I first started -- maybe TyH knows. I was experiencing increasingly severe muscle stiffness and spasming in my legs and hips. I have studied nutrition most of my life and knew that I wanted a magnesium supplement that was chelated -- and preferably Albion -- for its superior bioavailability. "After suffering from both fibromyalgia, the side effects of Lyrica, including the personality changes, and not getting ANY of the benefits of the drug, I decided to try Fibro-Care™. “I have been using Fibro-Care™ (Albion® Magnesium and Malic) for two months and I ran completely out of them two weeks ago. I went into a major flare and have been utterly miserable for a week now. I really wasn't sure that they were helping me, but now I KNOW they are! I got my new shipment today and I immediately took a dose. I'm hoping I won't be in this flare too much longer! I also take Omega-3 ES™ and I have had less joint pain while using that. My doctor had recommended omega-3 for my triglycerides but I hadn't been able to find a really good omega-3 locally that had the levels of DHA and EPA needed to help. "I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1991 when almost no one thought it was a real syndrome, my only relief at the time was physical therapy which was very expensive and somewhere about a year or two later I discovered TyH and Fibro-Care™. It was such a relief to have something that helped along with being active to keep my muscles loose. Along the way I have added Multi-Gold™, Fibro-Care Cal™ and David’s 5-HTP SR™. "Fibro-Care™ was recommended to me by a family friend and as we all know Fibro sufferers have heard it all before and have been disappointed several times over with these "cures" and "treatments" people always tell us. This one surprised me. I've had Fibromyalgia since I was 10 (I'm 25, almost 26). I've never had anything work without some weird side effect before. This became the exception and it has seriously turned my life around. I went from not being able to work over 16 hours a week to working nearly 30. I no longer feel aches in my feet when I first get out of bed. I feel like every day is a good Fibro day for the most part(I still have bad, debilitating ones, but they are super rare these days). 100% recommend to anyone struggling against the pain and finding it hard to keep working. (Also, if it doesn't work right away, give it a couple more weeks, mine didn't start kicking in at least until the third week and thought for sure I'd finish the bottle before it did anything. It's worth the wait."
