JUST THE FACTS
Ubiquinol helps protect against oxidative stress and provide cellular energy to every cell in your body. Two big users of energy are the heart and brain. Keep yours well fed to run optimally every day with Fibro-Ubiquinol™!
What is CoQH-CF™
A patented technology of a special softgel that protects ubiquinol in the “reduced” form. Since Kaneka OH® ubiquinol is bioidentical to the ubiquinol made in the human body, maintaining this form is critical to absorption and use. With CoQH-CF™, you get Fibro-Ubiquinol™ delivered in the best form for absorption.
How is CoQH-CF™ different than other CoQ10?
This softgel technology provides a completely soluble, liquid, crystal-free solution of CoQ10 with clinical studies proving its enhanced bioavailability. Other crystal forms of ubiquinol are not absorbed as well and are unstable, converting back to inactive CoQ10 once in the body. If you are paying extra for bio-active, get the best for your health and money!
What is d-Limonene’s role?
Limonene is a volatile oil found predominantly in oranges and the peel of most citrus fruits. It adds antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and fat dissolving benefits and helps stabilize ubiquinol in the formula.
Why is Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) helpful?
Even in small amounts, ALA is both a water and fat soluble nutrient that adds antioxidant power. Like d-limonene, ALA helps stabilize ubiquinol.
Is there a daily dose for Ubiquinol?
There is no designated daily value for CoQ10 or ubiquinol (yet). The typical daily dose is 100-200 mg based on scientific study. If you are over 40, have an energy crunch or a chronic illness, you may need more.
Do you have to supplement?
Yes! The human body has about 1500-2000 mg and requires at least 500 mg replenished daily. Every human cell requires CoQ10 for energy production and 95% of it is the ubiquinol form. Although you do make some internally, getting the rest in food is not easy. A 4 oz portion of beef liver is 3.9 mg, chicken 1.4 mg, red mackerel 6.75 mg. In order to get 100 mg of CoQ10, you’d need 5.5 lbs. of beef, 15 lbs. chicken and 3 lbs. of fish! And you’d still need to convert CoQ10 to bioactive ubiquinol. Supplementing is the easy way to get your ubiquinol. Fibro-Ubiquinol™ delivers both the bio-active and bio-available form.
